Here at Graceful Treasures, we are committed to pleasing not just the customer but the recipient of the treasure as well.  All items are personalized or customized to match ones' decor or taste.  Since presentation is important, we will wrap (or put in giftbaskets) all items AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!!  We can also ship your package ANYWHERE!!!        Let us know your colors/theme and we will work with you to customize your treasure.  Items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.  If you need an item sooner (we don't want to miss the big event) then let us know and we will make arrangements.

Now for the small print,  we accept payment via PayPal.  PayPal is a secured, payment website.   They accept check, Visa, or Mastercard payments. We simply e-mail you an invoice and then you pay through PayPal.             Since we have minimal stock, custom orders can not be returned.  As it is our policy to please everyone, we will stride to make you happy.  In the event that you are unhappy, please 'gracefully' contact us  (we are sensitive and put much love into every piece) and we will try to make you happy.  Keep in mind that we have never disappointed ANYONE and you will be  the first....          We ship via USPS.   We will let you know the shipping fees in advance.  We do not charge handling or extra fees and you will be charged what we pay.  We recommend insuring packages.  Even though we have had much luck with the postal service, we can not be responsible for lost packages.  In the rare event your package has been miss-placed, you would fill out a claim with USPS.  Please let us know immediately so we can re-make your treasure.  To ease your disappointment, we will put your item at the top of the production line.         Oh yeah, one more thing, Graceful Treasures is not responsible if anyone gets hurt while standing on, or nearby our products.   For example,  your child is climbing to reach a cookie in the cookie jar.  If they fall off their adorable handpainted and handmade step stool, we are not responsible if they should fall nor for any missing cookies.  Example #2 You are shopping along felling all cool with your fabulous hand painted Dr Scholl's.  You then trip while noticing that fabulous Louis bag.  We are not responsible for injuries.  Example #3 You spill your wine while drinking out of one of our classy, hand painted wine glasses.  We are not responsible for cleaning-we do enough of that in our personal lives and who needs more cleaning to do?!?!        That just about covers it but if you have more questions, PLEASE feel free (yes it's free to write us) to contact us and think about all of the people that you can order GRACEFUL TREASURES for...  You know all the friends and family that have everything..
